experience and memory of environmental stimuli that indicate future stress can prepare your stress responses. the process through which we prepare our nervous system for an improved response to future stress has been termed ‘priming’. this session includes 3 rounds of holotropic breathwork followed by cold plunges. bonfire to follow. get ready to initiate your entire system in this session!

FOCUS : activate

priming the all systems in the body. we are going to focus on how breathwork is the tool to stimulate the entire body’s processes including the activation of the parasympathetic nervous system. with the proper technique, you will find controlling your heart rate and blood pressure much easier and effectively.

  • dogs are welcome (must remain on a leash)
  • games are permitted (frisbee, soccer, football, etc.)
  • ONLY TubClub™️ team members can mess with the fire (starting + extinguishing and/or adding logs to the fire)
  • towels and bags can be hung on the fence
  • TubClub™️ is not responsible for left, lost or stolen items
