one of those types of people that when you meet them, you think to yourself, where do i know him from? a genuine familiar face with eyes that could seduce the devil.
tyler has been sitting for over 2 years and breathing life into the community for tenfold that amount. he is our breathwork leader, but more than that, he is the fearless people's champion. never a hair out of place. never a feather ruffled. this man is the definition of being present and finding the inner calm we all strive for.
no, tyler has never been skydiving but he has jumped out of many trees, which he often likes to climb.

I strive to embody the idea of being the Butler of the People, meaning to serve the population in the way that need best served. Right now, that service involves upgrading internal skills to better navigate challenges or empowered resiliency. I am a father, speaker, and coach who specializes in embodiment practices. I'm focused on improving self-regulation, nervous system awareness, health concepts, interoception, proprioception, balance, and stress resilience. I am a lover of the game and studied in university to earn an MS in Health Education running a research study to investigate breathing practices impact on the heart and anxiety.
During the Tub Club events, I work with participants to co-regulate so that others may feel their inner capability to reduce stress in real-time.
