THE BEGINNING OF THE END OF THE BEGINNING

we are moving into a new era and officially kicking off TubClub^™️ events. gone are the days of barn breathwork sessions and cramped courtyard plunges. we have moved out of shåke’s basement and moved on up to waisenhaus park. there will be plenty of space to breathe and green fields to run in after your sit. 3 rounds of breathwork followed by cold plunges. bonfire and jamaican food to ensue. we would love it if you could join in the celebration with us!

FOCUS : genesis

we are starting from scratch. ground zero. this includes our breathwork practice and intentions when entering the tub. we will be hitting the breathwork basics: how the flow of the breath should go, how to get the most out of your breath holds, calming your heart rate. creating and laying the foundation to get the most out of your experience and gaining knowledge to take your practice further.
