- Sauna (20 minutes): Follow up the cold plunge with a deeply relaxing 20-minute sauna session, allowing the heat to promote detoxification and circulation.
- Recovery Time (10 minutes): A short recovery period to help your body transition from the sauna and prepare for the next phase of healing.
- Fascia Therapy with Weylin:
- First Session: 15 minutes of focused fascia release work to target deep muscle tension and improve mobility.
- Second Session: A more extended 30-minute fascia therapy session to deepen your relaxation and healing.
