Have you ever looked at a kid playing, flailing around, being goofy, jus existing being themselves and think to yourself – or even say aloud – “kids are so free, no worries in the world.”

Is it they have no worries, or they have not yet let the expectations of the world alter their true expression?

How do we find that true form of ourselves again amidst the world around us? We play. So many of us forget how to play the longer we exist in the world of expectations from outside of us. Today let’s tap in to that playfulness and freedom that’s so admirable in children.
