Start your day with a gentle yet empowering yoga session led by Quinn. Arrive at 9:30 AM to set intentions and mingle. From 9:45 to 10:45 AM, enjoy a restorative practice that incorporates breathwork, mindfulness, and movement tailored to honor your body’s unique needs.
At times, it may be challenging, but it’s never about pushing postures. Each week features a custom playlist curated by Quinn, available to share on Apple Music.
At 10:55 AM, head outdoors for an invigorating cold plunge! Celebrate community, energy, and personal growth while choosing the song to accompany your 5(ish)-minute sit. There’s no pressure—stay in the water for as long or as short as feels right for you.
