This Wednesday, we’re throwing our gratitude into overdrive with a FREE Friendsgiving celebration! Whether you’re here for the sauna, the ice bath, or just the good vibes, we’ve got a spot for you. Let’s gather, chill (literally), and feast like the wellness warriors we are.
Here’s the Scoop:
- 🧊 Cold Plunge: Totally free, because everyone deserves a refreshing reset.
- 🔥 Sauna + Ice Bath Combo: Free too, but sauna spots are limited! Act fast or you might just warm up by the fire instead (it’s nice there, too!).
- 🥗 Potluck Party: Bring a dish if you can, but no stress if you can’t. We’re grateful for you no matter what! Just be sure to sign up so we don’t end up with 17 pumpkin pies and no mashed potatoes.
